Popovers have big and interesting abnormal shape. Because of this children think are having fun when eating them. You can serve them as you like, but they are a good breakfast or as snack. Because popovers don’t have many calories they can be enjoyed at any time.

Ingredients :

For 12 servings

3 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon canola oil

¼ teaspoon salt

  1. Oven needs to be preheated to 425°F. After that spray a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick baking spray and set aside.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and beat well with a wire whisk until the batter is blended and smooth, about 2 minutes.
  3. Fill each well halfway with batter. Bake for 15 minutes (don’t open the oven door to check on them), then reduce heat to 325°F. Cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the popovers are puffed and deep golden brown. Serve immediately.
  4. EAT !!!!!!!
